About MBSSS
The object of the Liverpool Institute Educational Foundation is:
To promote the education of persons who:
- are under 25 years of age; and
- are in need of financial assistance; and
- are, or whose parents are, resident in the City of Liverpool; and
- have at any time attended a school in the City of Liverpool.
How to Apply
The trustees have agreed a policy relating to making distributions in accordance with the objects of the Charity.
Applications can be submitted throughout the year but must be received by 28 February as all awards must be made by 31st March, which is the Charity’s accounting year end.
Awards made 
Of the applications which were submitted, 94 were approved with grants totalling £86,600 made in this year.
